Okay, basically what you do to start RPing is, first, make a character. Once you've made a character, wait for it to get accepted. (when it gets read over by the admin, and they post saying it's accepted)
Once that happens, you are ready to get a partner. PM one of your friends on the site, or make a thread asking for partners. Someone will come.
Then, go out and start RPing! Make a thread in the appropriate place, and post! You can have a plot, or problem in the thread, or no plot at all. It's your choice.
